MAINTENANCE/DESIGN INFORMATION Our hosting packages are offered with most of the features you will ever require. Though most required updates for e mail accounts or programs can be accomplished with minimum experience through our OCP (control panel) or web based set up pages, we are here to assist you in the event you have difficulty or prefer to allow us to manage your site. That is why we offer full design and/or maintenance programs. So, whether your desire is a clean, fast load, commercial site like Microsoft, or a wild and heavy graphic site like some of our own pages, we have the ability to perform any task. Though, as I have written above, our panel or on-line set-up pages enable you to make changes and add all pre-configured scripts, there are programs that require more than clicking a key. Like all set-up manuals, some processes may be complicated and that is the reason we offer set-up and/or maintenance of your site. Our 350 Platinum package includes the set up of your OCP for your simple and fully automated installation of e-mail, responders, forwarding, guest book, links scripts, sub-domains, extra FTP accounts, UBB, Major Domo, etc, through this fantastic web based panel. Our 400 Platinum offers Web Based Control and 800# Support 24/7! Programs such as real audio and video, shopping carts, and/or Pearl/CGI may require a knowledge of said programs and may require investing your funds ain a few hours of our time. We will quote any and all woprk prior to our extending support. Though, in many cases, we will assist you freely, So, if you decide to ask YOA to perform the actual configuration, encoding and/or uploading, each "job" will be on its own merits as to time and/or fees. BTW, we also provide free training and pointers for each and every extra program/script through our TUTORIALS. And, we now offer in-the-field training from our Web_Mobile! Once your account is
set up, you will be responsible for adding or removing pages. Yet, as your Host with the
